Where is located Il Portico Guest House?
Il Portico Guest House is centrally located, a few minutes walking from the well-known “Piazzetta” and easily reachable by bus from Marina Grande (Port).

How can we reach Il Portico Guest House?
Whe you arrive in Marina Grande (Port), and especially if you are carrying heavy luggage, the easiest way is to take a bus (or a taxi) to Capri and you will arrive very close to Il Portico. Check the “How to reach Il Portico” section in the Position page.

Do you have bedrooms or flats?
We have 4 double bedrooms and 1 small flat (up to 4 people).
Each room has a private bathroom and a terrace with sea view, air conditioning, tv color, safe deposit box, hairdryer and central heating. The small flat, composed by one very large room with 2 double bedrooms, stocked kitchenette, private bathroom and terrace without sea view, air conditioning, tv color, safe deposit box, hairdryer and central heating.

Are your daily prices per person or per room? And what is included in the prices?
The daily prices are per room (not per person) and are inclusive of continental breakfast, taxes and service. We don’t change prices during the year, but sometimes we make special offers and packages that you can check in the “Special Offer” section.

At what time you serve breakfast? And what is included in the breakfast?
The continental breakfast is served from 08:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and includes coffee, milk, caffelatte, cappuccino, american coffee, tea, fruit juices, rusks, croissants, butter, honey, jams and chocolate cream.

What are the check-in time and check-out?
The check-out time is 11:00 a.m. and the check-in time is from 01:00 p.m. to 07:00 p.m. If you may arrive before 01:00 p.m. we can keep your luggage and if you may arrive later in the evening (after 07:00 p.m.), please call us (0818370523 or 3381828700) and we will wait for you.

It is possible to bring our car on the island?
Please note that, if you want to bring your car to Capri, from March to October, and from the 20 of December to the 7 of January, is prohibited to all the non resident people.

Do you accept small animals?
Pets are not allowed.

Is there a restaurant inside Il Portico?
Il Portico offer a B&B service with no restaurant. We can suggest anyway many high quality restaurants not so far from Il Portico. At your arrival we will give you all the informations on how to reach them, and if you like, we will reserve a nice table for you.

Are you open all year round?
Il Portico Guest House will close at the end of October and will open again a few days before Easter.

Do you have a Internet access?
We are preparing a wi-fi internet access for the guests in all the structure (rooms, terrace, readind area) and also a internet corner (if you don’t have your own computer), and they will be ready around May 2008. It will be a service upon payment with different rates per hour or per day.

Do you accept a 1 night stay only?
We accept a 1 night stay only, but depend by the period. Usually for the weekend a 2 nights stay is requested.
